help. sgt flip/flop red button channels

hi, i tried to watch something on red button today, closest i got was that on one channel there was 3 small screens, one of which i wanted to watch. they were numbered 1 - 3 but i couldnt work out how to select one ???

and today the channel switched from one sport to another part way thro. i failed to find/watch the end 1/4 ????

is that a question or answer? if its an answer please explain how to view. i realise you can change from data to tv and im using sgt ff excellent boquets where thats done in advance.
