buy a 500s mate you are probably talking only ?35 if you order it from China.

maybe you didn't read my previous postes carefully : i already have a dm500s working fine !! but what's worse is the fact that i have a third dreambox kind of 500s which was working fine until i wanted to add a new satellite to it and to my misfortune i lost all the preinstalled satellites which were on it ( astra hotbird and badr ) .it kept saying no lock and no sync . But this is another BIG issue which i might rise in a new thread perhaps !! i know i am the and you are the doctors !! so thanks for your help !

you cannot recieve satellite channels on a terrestrial box

and golden rule number 1 allways do a back up before you make changes
