Dreambox 500s help

Just recieved my dreambox 500s, installed is pli jade, is this the best software to use?

Also how do i add my cccam server line? and does any body have a channel list for 28.2

any ideas, im totally stuck, channels all over the place and only fta until i can add my cccam server line.

Sorry so use to my old x403p, dreambox is totally new to me :-)

Yes no Yes no.

Dont panic. You need to download dreambox control centre and FTP the line into cccam. Also look here for SGT FLIPFLOP bouquets that will give you UK channel listing. There are instructions on how to do everything you have asked. Just have a good read.

ok dreambox control centre running, and connected to box, so were abouts do i add my cccam line?

found CCcam.cfg

but no sure how to add my line?

open cccam.cfg and delete everything in it. Then add line.

cccam.cfg is found in var/etc on the dreambox.

cheers scott, works a dream now. maybe you can help with my channel list downloaded sgt flipflop and dreambox edit, send the files via ftp, but my channel list stays the same, followed the guide but on Bouquets just says removed services?

Follow the tutorial you need to download dreamboxedit for bouquets. Then download SGT flips bouquets and do it through dreambox edit. There is a tutorial there for it.

Followed all the steps, and when its completed this is the last part of the log.

Unused lamedb file removed from Dreambox.

Sending password dreambox
Sending reboot command
Telnet status: Disconnected.

But all the channels are still the same?
