Iget a error message :Switch, No Signal on my D 500.I have tried a new power,but still the same problem.Any known problems?

Switch, No Signal means exacitly what it says ! there is no signal coming from the LNB for that particular satellite you are trying to view, two reasons for this you have tuned into the wrong satellite that have the same transponder frequencys as the one you intend using or your satellite dish, cable or switches are faulty or out of line.
