DM 500-s channel problem.

Hi everyone im having trouble with getting Flip Flops bouquets to work.
I have successfully managed to add them to my box but only FTA channels are working, if I go on any of the other channels I just get a black screen my SNR IS 85% AGC 94% BER 0.
When I go into the tv guide it tells me what programs are on but when I go on them the screen stays blank .

Hi yes my sat it set to 28.2E Eurobird 1 ..Astra 2A/2B/2D

I failed to mention I used to pay for a subscription to get my channels but that run out so I decided to use flip flops bouguet.

Yeah the freeview channels work I used to get all the sky channels but the person i bought the box off only let me have them for 3 months.
