Sat Settings and Which Image?

Hi all,

Currently running a DM 500V8. Decided to flash a newer image today but hit a dead end as I can't synch with any satellites.

Can anybody recommend a decent image to install?

I re-flashed Gemini 4.7 but it seems my transponders have disappeared. I tried settings for Hotbird 13E and Eurobird 1 28.2E but only getting 63% SNR and AGC 60%. Before I re-flashed the box I was getting 90% so I am a bit confused as to where its all gone wrong. Any advice?

are you sure the dish aint been blown a little off ?
your 13,19, and 28 have the srongest signals, try reflashing box if you sure dish aint needing re-aligned

if your signal is reading 60% and 63% it means theres no dish connected .... pull the coax cable out of the box and the reading will be exactly the same just to double check. remember to power off the box before pulling the cable out as you can damage the tuner if left switched on
