For a 7 day you would need to mount the network drive to a pc.

You can use the commando 14 image which already has a 2 day epg setup, or you can setup 2 day epg on pli jade image both using internal memory.

You could write a program the extracts it from-stream in the same way as stb's do

try the open pli image, link in this forum, installed today and epg seems fine, needs some updating but saved me lots of time...

there is no need for a network mount to pc for 7 days epg. Commando 14.4 has 14 days epg without needing any network mount to a pc.
