hello guys im having a problem ive read the other forum posts with signal problems but this is a strange one ive got a dm500s and when the footy is on i take my box to the mother inlaws and everything works perfect ive just bought my mother inlaw a dm500s and connected it up and i cant get a signal on the vertical channels connected my box up and its ok tryed factory reset updating channel lists...... still no joy could it be a faulty box/firmware its got jade pli on it same as my box any help would be appreciated thanks...
