unable to scan channel france 4

hi im using a dreambox 500s v8 and im unable to scan the above channel on 13.0
i want to watch the ireland u20 match saturday as its been broadcast on it has anyone any ideas why i can heres the info for it Search Results for - KingOfSat

says its broadcast here *** L.J.'s LIVE Rugby World Cup 2011 on Satellite TV.

forgot to mention i tried it on my openbox s10 and had no luck

its not showing as free to air in listings

its listed as 5w / 19e aswell

might it be picked up on a manual scan?or is your bouquet old?

I may be wrong but I think France 4 is part of the Bis package on 13 deg east. Most of the people I know here in France pick it up on 19 deg east or 5 deg west. Think it is still ppv though the cards are pretty cheap
