Have a few of these out with friends and they are usually great machines. But one was returned to me the other day seemingly dead. The box shows no sign of life, the led lights on the front are not coming on. First thing I tried was Dreamup, but the program didn't see the box. I have since then been trying with a homemade jtag cable and having no luck with this either.
I'm pretty competent with the soldering iron and don't think that the problem lies with the cable or soldering.
Since the box came with a 2 prong plug and adapter which together is slightly loose I have a suspicion that this has contributed to intermitant power supply which in turn has possibly damaged a component inside the box.
Anyone any ideas of where I should check?
