dm500s doesn't start with lnb cable in

Hi

DM500S (black clone) won't start with lnb cable in
if i remove lnb cable it start but freeze if i back
cable in and try to search any services.

Other dm500s works fine in that place.
I was try with 4 different images but is same
i also changed Q72 with new one ... and same.

What should it be?

Hi

Sorry cant be of much help, sounds like a duff tuner.

as said above... sounds like the tuner is duff... also for future referance whenever removing your lnb cable from your box or lnb make sure the box is powered off as if it is switched on you can easily fry a tuner as the coax cable carries voltage through it
