DM500 Clone IP-Address

Hi Guys,

Firstly, thanks for all your help through the forums.

I'v acquired a DM500v8, the clone box running pli3 jade Enigma 1, however, it would settings have a pin code lock on them, thus I can not access the settings to get the ip-address of the box.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to how to gain the ip-address for the box or alternatively over-ride the code (but im guessing i'll need the ip-address to access the box to over-ride the pin code).

I'v done a search on the forums and found other people have had a similar problem with the pin code but no solutions. Thanks in advance guys.

Hey guys, thanks for the views, I connected to my router as my antivirus told me the ip address of the router, the router ran an analysis of what was connected and law-behold the ip-address for the dm500 was given, checked it by connecting to the box and it worked.

The only outstanding issue is how to eradicate the pin code of the settings menu.
