Small image

I need a very small image for a 500. I have one here that was fine then it was unplugged and moved and it now just has a green light.

Sadly there is information on there that I can't duplicate so I figured if I had a very small image it was unlikely to overwrite what I need to get off and I can download the MTDblocks and search them for the info I need but this stands more chances of working if I have an absolutely small image to stick on over the serial port or the ethernet.

Not at all bothered about the box working, just need to boot it and get a terminal session in there over serial or telnet then I can have access to the Flash.

So which is the smallest image or maybe someone has a kernel only image that I can boot into RAM from over bootP or serial.

if you are able to make a backup image of the box using the DreamUP backup button? you can then try decompiling the partitions in the backup image on your pc instead of messing about with the box.

I don't have a backup button.

I do now, let's see if it worked
