dm500s get an intermittent connection after i changed the router.

Hi,

I need help with my dreambox 500s. It was working okay until I changed the router. I tried both ways DHCP and static ip address and still getting an intermittent connection. It will play for a minute then the picture will freeze. I dont know whats going on here. I need help guys..

can you connect with dcc?
try to understand if ethernet cable is ok.
you need to see mac address too.

go back to your old router check the firewall connections in router might be set high
