Dreambox 500 no bouquets

Hi i have a Dreambox 500
Im a newbie to sat side and know nothing basically. I want to install a Bouquet onto it from here but do not know how to do this
can any of you guys help me with instructions of what to get what to download what to install and how to etc real sorry for being stupid but thank you in advance

Use dreambox edit to send the files over

i have dream box control centre where do i put the files please

downloaded dreambox edit but can not work out how to use it when i transfer SGTFlipFlop ENiGMA1 to dreambox it says it contains no services or lamedb file please help us on this
