I got this box from a friend he says it's not working, I have downloaded dreamup and from what i read i need another software to put on it. when it bootsup i see pli, i canno see any channels what else do i need to get up and running?

Are you saying its stuck on the pli logo. Does anything happen when you press the remote..... Just need a bit more info.

yes i can use the remote i can see channel listings, just cannot watch em

Can you watch the fta channels or you cant see no channels at all.

have you scanned the satellite on which you want to watch channels?

oh i can see free channels but no sky that's the problem, what can i do?

Well thats all you can view unless you subscribe to a payserver and we cant discuss that here. You will need to google C/S and read as many threads as you can to give you an idea.

Dont want to say too much might get me in trouble as not sure how much Im allowed to say.
