Yes but make sure you use dcc for enigma 1 boxes, check the stickies for the tutorial on flashing by telnet and all other tutorials which may come in handy.

doing the ftp and telnet parts in dcc

Using dcc to flash image to DM500s

1 ftp image to tmp on dreambox (make sure you call the image in tmp backup.img )
2 go to telnet part of dcc and type or paste

cd /tmp && eraseall /dev/mtd/3 && cp backup.img /dev/mtd/3 && reboot

3 wait till box has flashed with new image

I have an old dreambox, inside i could see that it is using inadyn settings, dcc is not using indyn at all?
