i have a dm 500s with a motorised dish had a prob with box and had to do factory reset have set box back up with plijade 3 set lat and log but cant find any sats ( not touched the dish )i live in warrington any one know what im doing wrong.

Have you set up your tuner for the satellites you can receive ?
