    trying to run dream up

    help trying to run dream up on my lap top to dreambox ....500s bought rs232 to usb connector i cant get the dreambox to connect to computer ie when i click connect in dream up keeps coming up cant connect tried on port 3 and port 12 thats all there is on the dreamup ?could someone tell me were i am going wrong all help appreicieted thanks

    can only be a driver problem , when u plug in USB does it say it's Its installing drivers. when it does click on the drivers box and see if it's failed

          Go to control panel / hardware devices / ports. U should see it there. If it has a yellow triangle beside it then U need the correct driver
