Problem with my DM500 S PLI IMAGES Box?

Hello guys, Since 5:00 my DM500 S PLI IMAGES has been not showing up channels. I called a guy who works for them who hooked it up, he told me to reboot it.. go to a channel see the agc.. snr.. they were working fine, he said he does not know.. I researched how, and I found this beautiful forum. No Channel is working, how do i fix this?

I rebooted my Dreambox... did so many things but it did not work

Might sound daft but try a different psu if you got one. If not then maybe a rescan or reflash but I would defo try another psu first.

If you gonna reflash make sure you do a backup of the image via dreamup or at least make sure you got the cline info saved.

not at all, no channel comes, i think it might be a problem with the reciever, cause i called support AGAIN and they told me to stop calling, and get the thing replaced

As I said try a different psu (power supply unit) I had one recently box would boot up normally but no channels.

Scanned and channels shows but as soon as I reboot channels have gone so loaded up a working channel list and its gone as soon as I reboot.

Changed power supply and everything fine, these power supplies can cause different problems as soon as voltages drop the slightest..... so try a different psu first and then take it from there.

if youve tried a different psu and its the same then its your tuner thats at fault

Agree with the above poster if psu doesnt solve the problem then its the tuner, come back and tell us if you resolve this so its helps other people if they have a similar problem.
