dreambox500s black screen

hi everyone dreambox just got red light no picture ////tried accessing box with dcc but cant connect now .i tried to flash it with pli jade through dcc but laptop went off half way through due to battery problem.....wen turned dreambox back on just green light on box cant access it through dcc now is there any other way of accessing the box for flashing it ..ive got a null moden cable r323.but tried through laptop with usb /r323 connection computer not reconizing box any ideas pulling me hair out thanks

Hi there got a similar problem ,Dm 500 Hd with openpli it was working fine then there was a flashing red light flashing all the time , and the box won***8217;t boot up . Dream up won***8217;t see the box, but I can connect with dcc could I repair it from there ? Any help would be much appreciated.
