Hi, my db 500 loses the ethernet connection very often.Router is fine. If I connect DM7000 on the same line no problem but with this one (500S) the connection goes off and comes back after a while.It is working on Cccam.
If I restart the cam it connects for a while and then disconnects.
I will really appreciate if some one can guide me.

you appear to be in the wrong section mate, you need the dreambox section as opposed to the dbox section

hmm not that up on using the 500s but it could be your routers firewall blocking communications........ try logging into your router and entering your dream box's ip into the dmz zone, this will give your dreambox a unrestricted connection to the internet and may resolve the problem.
