DM500V8

I got a DM500V8 a couple of months ago and has been working fine up to now. The box works fine when cold but after it warms up the box freezes completely no matter what channel it's on and I haft to turn the box off with the mains switch. The only thing I have tried was by flashing the box with the latest image without any success. I would appreciate any help on this problem and would like to thank in advance for any help.

it seems like its overheating
check if it has any fan inside and may be is not working.
