hi everone trying to download an image 4 my dm500c but everytime i try a message comes up on my screen saying hp cue status root if you were in the middle of something the information you were working on might be lost please tell microsoft about this problem cant seem to sort this out anyone any ideas i have bin trying to fix this since jan 09 slow learnerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
