dreambox via web browser issue

I used to be able to access my dreambox by typing my box's ip into web browser but now i cant do that. its giving connection error.

I dont have DHCP checked and DCC is connecting fine to the box

i have the webif selected in expert setup also.

i have dreambox 600 and enigma 1

must be something simple as it was fine before and i would really like to do this again.

Please Help

not too sure but sometimes i may need to power off box modem and router for a few minutes then on and it resets itself.

same things happened to me a couple of times think router changes ip sometimes for example say its 192.168.1.5 then it changes to 192.168.1.4 for some reason so I try changing ip or use DCC and search network to see if its changed
