    anyone shed light on a hacked server

    dreambox 500s

    hi all anyone help on this situation

    iv got friends and family connected with my c lines but noticed theres a % and a $ on my 16001 active clients

    both are not on my c lines so i gather someone is connected without me knowing iv changed the {0:0:1} on all is there a way of stopping someone else hacking into my server

    Obvious answer would be to change the password.

        what on the WEBINFO or TELNETINFO on the cccam

        and it shows there running 2.3.0

        regarding the router you mean changeing the port?

          Change the port to allow incoming connections but remember and change this on each and every cline.

          Changing the box password and only giving to who you trust is key.

          Also if you port 80 open for the box webif and can be accessed from a external IP then you need to activate webif password.

          You can read in to anticascading to watch for abuse of clines.

            i think there is a backdoor hack on cccam 2.3 google it for more info. change cam to cccam2.1.4
