Stream from PC to Dreambox

I'm a bit confused now, I'm using a Pli image on my dm500s and trying to play movies from my PC, which connects to my dreambox via my router (all wired connections). what Software for PC? What Plugin for Dreambox? What Format for file on Hard drive? Network Configs? PLEASE PLEASE ME!
