trying to flash a DM500-s using universal DreamUP, i can get the box connected, progress says "initiating flash-loader upload" and in log it says "22:17:43 box type: DM500" nothing else happening any ideas?

Hi

Have you got a dedicated serial port or are you using usb to serial adapter.

Your cable is a null cable isnt it.

Try different versions of dreamup.
