hi new to all of this i have a dm500s and i would like to know what channels can i get i was told that i could get all the sky channels but i cant get them please can you help

Hi m8, welcome to DK.
You will only be able to receive FTA channels.
If you are after the pay channels, you will have to get the services of a pay server.
You will then have to add the server details to your box.
Google CCCam pay servers to obtain more info, as we are not allowed to discus in details what you are looking for.
