dm500 with modem conection?

i want to connect the dream box direct with modem with out router ,is it possible if yes then please tell me what changing i need to do in dream box network to make it run?

yes its possible just enable DHCP in dreambox network settings, then restart both modem and dreambox

and what about the ENABLE network? and what i need to write in IP ............ and Netmask.............and Nameserver..............and Gateway..................?????????????? do i need to tick both Enable network and Dhsp?

you dont need to write anything.

just enable DHCP restart both then the modem will assign the box its ip addy, subnet mask, gateway etc
