Dreambox DM 500 S

I have a dreambox DM 500 S,
protected by username and passwoard.

- When I want to install tuxbox commander,
gives me error "404 not found"!

- When I turn to the DCC,
gives me error:
"login failed"!
"telnet disconnected"!

Is there any program to fix this problem or otherwise able to enter the dreambox ...

my guess would be to remove the username and password,
or
reset it to default
