Trandfared files missing in 500S

I have managed to connect my 500s with wy computer via router. i am using a normal ethernet cable. I transfared satellites.xl into /tmp folder but when i tried to do manual install the 500S is telling me that ''nothing to install'' .

What should i do to transfare this file? thanks

You cannot install the satellite.xml file, you need to copy the file to the var/etc folder on your dreambox. Find an ftp program and use that to copy the file, I use a free program called coreftp.
