Astra 28.2E showing as Astra 28.4E. Help Adjust

My Dm500S is showing Astra 28.2E but when i scan channels its coming up as Astra28.4E. As i result the scan is coming up as no channels found, no transponders. How can i adjust this. Thanks

Go to setup - service searching - Transponder Edit - Find 28e - Press ok - screen changes - go to Orbitial Position and change it to 285 & save.

I have a similar problem, Astra 28.2E isnt even on my satlitte list,how do i get it onto this and how do i then get the sky channels scanned in?Thanks, im in dublin,sent you pm aswell just in case you miss this.

Post #4 download the file and use dreamboxedit to send to your dreambox.

When you flash a new image you need to copy the channel settings to your box as the images do not have any configs. Why don't you try what I suggested in my post and see what happens because you will back to the same point again after you flash the nabilosat image?

Download a program called DREAMBOXEDIT and configure it to connect to your box and it will then send the files to the right place on your box.
