Dream Box Problem

My Dream Box 500 is not working i tried to re flash it but no way after starting it ... remote is not working ... nothing on the TV screen ... and the green led is on and not flashing when press remote control buttons .... just hangs ... tried to flash it many times no way ...

using null modem and dreamup ... i tried Gemini 4.2 and i tried a backup *.img file i took before using dreamup ... but always the same .... green led on .. no response to remote clicks ... tv screen blank

i can open dream up and the box is replying to dreamup ... and i think jtag if the box is not opening or can't run dreamup on it .. correct me if i am wrong

you can connect with dreamup? do a full flash erase and try a new image. maybe the dk 1.1

i tried the earase image i did flase erase twice i tried 1.1 .... all not working

doest the remote respond now and just not clearing channels or is it still hanging?

after powering up the box the red led becom green led and that is it ......

when trying to press any button in remote the green led not blinking .. and the TV screen is blank black

the screen will be blank as it has no keys and roms in to clear the channels till you ftp them over.

do you know of anyone who has a dreambox so you can try their remote on your box?

i had a trouble like that, i solved it flashing a brand new image by null modem cable and dremup.
if ur image got damaged, even the back up may not work.

i tried new images from here as well ... and many other websites .. no way ...
