missing channels on DM500S

Setanta have 2 frequencies.

Setanta Sports Ireland
Setanta Sports 1 in Pubs
NASN UK & Ireland
Liverpool FC TV
Arsenal TV
Setanta Commentary

12559H
Rangers TV
Celtic TV
Setanta Golf
Setanta Sports UK (Sat-Sun)
Setanta Sports 2 (Sat-Sun)
UFC TV
Arsenal Replay
Setanta Sports 1 Ireland
Setanta News

i do not have all the above channels. How do i manually input the frequences? I am using DM500S with Nabilo image

1.try a network scan first
2. your satellite xml file may need changing updating
or down load petsettings (its a ready made bouqutes and includes a xml) through your image blue button.

On my dm600 it goes in the var/etc folder you could try the same on your dreambox if not try var/tuxbox folder.

Well, it was a simple manual scan i did. I just put the 2 frequencies above and scanned. within seconds the channels were there.

menu - setup - service searching - manual transponder scan

yes piptaps, i have this many times, when a channel is on a high frequency or the tuner is a bit weak, it wont pickup all the channels. You will have to do a manual transponder scan to pickup additional stuff.
