commando 14.6 web page access issues ?

Have just got commando running and all is well accept i can't access webpage via 192.168.1.xx, it keeps coming up with a password box and ive tried the usual root and dreambox.

ftp and telnet works as it should.

I can't connect using tuxbox from the xbmc either and assume its one and the same problem.

Anyone any ideas on how to reset that password ?

finally found the file in /var/tuxbox/config in a file called nhttpd.conf. Seems password was set to dbox2 instead of dreambox LOL

Hang on m8, how come I can access the yWeb I/F with no special password? Are you trying to tell us that you changed the password for user root in C14.6 (that doesn't have a password for root any longer for FTP and Telnet access, as you've found out) - and THEN had probs with yWeb access afterward?

Thanks for the feedback, but if anyone wants to password root access, they now know there are THREE ramications, pmsl!!!

      Cheers- AL
