channels not working after flashing

flashed my dm500s with the darkstar 2 image and cccam 2.13 . all the FTA channels are working but the premium channels are not.
I can communicate with the box with DCC so my network is ok, I also have a working c line installed however I did,nt get the option to set cam 2.13 as my default. I would appreciate any help
