Blackscreen! Help!

I have watched TV about 15 minutes and after that my DM500 turned off and wont go back. now only the standby light is glowing green. what can i do? (sry for bad english)

if its not responding to remote or red light doesnt go on when you press the power buttom it will need to be reflashed with null modem cable

my Problem is i dont have a port for null modem cable on my pc... is there some other way?

can you take it round a friends house who has a pc and use theres?

maybe yes, but where i can buy cables like this? i never saw one in our pc parts stores here in switzerland...

Hi

All sound advice given there but before you try any of that just try another psu. Seen plenty where the power supply ouputs drop slightly and it does that.

So before reflash try another psu and if still same then the reflash route as advised.
