Dont open the recever

Hi everyone,
Iam new with the reseivers and i need litle help.
I instal one imge in DM500 S and after instalation he write me restart the receiver.
I put out the cable for power becouse the program lost the Ip and dont work.
Now if i put on one time show something and after nothing.

Know someone nothing for this problem??

re-flash your box with the erase.img and then flash it with your image of choice.. G.P. 4.2 is a safe one,regards mdt
