Primetime not clearing

Hello peeps

I am trying to clear primetime on my dm500s

I have manually tried scanning using 12523/H/27500
FEC - 2/3 which is the new frequency for pacquio fight on sat
8th dec 2013

It finds 14 new channels and one is primetime

However the info guide comes up on the infobar but the channel is blank. It should be showing the picture advert of pacquio and marquez. the snr is above 80%

Any ideas why the channel is not clearing?

Is the dm500s tuners sensitive?

Check all pids. When Hatton was on I had to change pids via dreambox edit.

new frequency for enigma1 boxes 10.744 22000 5/6 ,so either add that frequency to your box or get an up to date enigma 1 bouquet . if you cant find a bouquet pm me and ill give you one .

So 10744 latest frequency for primetime.

Can i manually scan this on my dm500s and dm800hd?
