    DM500-s no scart out

    Hi all

    I have a dream box DM 500-s which where bought in turkey. Since last week the box is not working. The box can not be turned on or off with the remote, its not giving a response back when using the remote.

    When i take the power connecter in, while it connected to the scart to my tv, i see that the tv change over tothe scart interface but i can not see anything on the screen, its just a blank screen, the dm500 has a light diode on the front, it always light constante green, and its not changing when u press any button.

    What can i do guys?

          Hi

          As said above a new power supply should sort it failing that follow the link psats has given.

              hi again,

              Thnx for the responses.

              I have a few questions. If i do a reimaging of my dreambox, would i still see the channels from turkey? I have a few channels, paid channels, which i get acces to , i paid the seller a fee for the paid channels.

                  only if you save the file that was given to you and add that to the new image along with the correct camd

                      I found the cable and reflashed the box, and its working now

                      Before reflashing i backuped the box, but i do not have any software that can read the backup-image so i can acces the details about the channel-sharing info.

                      anything i can do or lost for ever? (besides contacting the seller)
