DM 500s Help ????

Hi all thanks for looking any help appreciated here is my problem.

I bought a 500s off ebay 6 months ago already installed with Jade and 6 month SLY but all MTV etc didnt clear and never have.

Now i bought another 500s to try setup myself and i flashed jade with dreambox installed Bouquets and put in my line and the MTV channels work also sly 1 works basically all the channels not clearing on the other box.

Now there lies my problem i have flashed both boxes with jade and put the exact same bouquets on so all settings are the same but still the one box won't clear MTV channels and SLY 1 ETC no problem With sports etc.

Try this go to mtv thats not clearing, unscew the cable,remove,and then reattach...had the same problem,this worked for me,everytime i reboot the box i had to do this,must be a tuner fault

be carefull when removing the coaxial cable from the tuner when the box is powered on as this could blow your tuner

So it's prob a tuner issue (Faulty Box) and not the way it's setup it's just i got 1 box which froze so returned it and they sent dif box i know cause they were numbered and both didnt clear the channels.
