dreambox 500s pli image on and off every second

i am a newbie here i have a problem with my dreambox 500s i was applying a new skin on my box when it said restart engima to apply this skin i pressed yes on my remote and it freezed the screen went black so i turned off my power supply and turned it back on it shows my pli image on screen but it is gone on and off constantly and the remote is not responding to the box however the green lights responds
