Did a factory reset on dm500v8 accidently help please!

Accidently did a factory reset which resulted in me losing all my channels, i scanned for channels and got them all back but only the freeview ones work and not others like skysports 1. I have tried contacting the guy i got the box of but i can't get hold of him so what can i do?

There is nothing you can do except get in touch with the guy or pay someone else or browse the net for a free one.
