Not receiving all channels on dreambox 500v8

For some reason not receiving all the channels like only getting skysports 2 and none of the other skysports and also only 1 of the skymovies channels. The channels that are watched the most don't seem to be working so what could the problem be?

try doing a re-scan with network search or upload a updated bouquet for [email protected].. if this still doesnt work your dish could be slightly out of alignment but check your provider is ok at their end also,regards mdt
