I have been on the cable side for a good few years but thought I would come over to sat. Saw a Dreambox 500s on a web site called ESPOW for a reasonable price and so purchased it with a promised delivery date of 7 to 10 days. They said the goods would be delivered within the UK if in stock if not they would be posted from Hong Kong. Received an e mail within 3 days saying posted from Hong Kong but it is now over 4 weeks and still not arrived, they give a tracking number which they themselves cannot track and Royal Mail state the goods have never arrived in this country. Now I know that things can go wrong with postage however this company just keep saying wait a few more days. I have asked for a refund off them but there reply is wait a few more days. I am lucky that I paid using paypal and have raised a dispute with them I think my money should be safe but I post to warn others to beware of this company.
