DM500 strange problem

Hi, I have a DM500s thats giving me a strange problem, i have flashed new image to it pli 3 and added cccam to it, when tuned to a free to air channel the box works just fine but when tuned to encrypted channel as soon as the cccam kicks in the box looses connection to tv i.e the box is on but not connected to tv i have unplug the power and plug it back to get it going again.
I though it might have had something to do with mac address so i have changed it still has the same problem i also flashed it with different images the problem still there, any ideas please?

@Tangiers: when you say that "the box is not connected to TV" when zapping from FTA to encrypted channel, are you actually meaning that the AV is not clearing and that you just have a black screen?

Do you actually have a valid /var/etc/CCcam.cfg file present, I wonder?

Hi, The box works fine when on FTA channels but as soon as I tune into one of the encrypted channels it clears for a second or two then the box reboot itself when the box boot up my tv only shows white screen as if the feed cable is unplugged and the box wont respond to remote control so I have to unplug the box and plug it back in to get it to boot up properly, it only happens with this box my other box work just fine, I have tried many images always the same result.
Ps: /var/etc/cccam.cfg file is present and my cline work fine.
