DM500s flashing problem

I have been trying to flash a DM 500s using univeral dream up. When I try to connect it comes up with "uanble to open com port, aborting" any ideas. I have tried differentcomputers but same thing happens

Depending on what pc/laptop and os your using, go into device manager and make sure your com port matches the 1 in dreamup IE: 3,

top left hand corner that com is set to com1
