Hi I have a DM500s clone which was working upto three month ago. now it does not seem to be picking up a signal and cannot lock onto it. Dish and installation is fine as my sky receiver works fine. Any help would be much apreciated.

and it took you three months to notice a problem? Come on... How many cables do you see emerging from the LNB on your dish, one, or more? If only one, then HOW are you cabled to share this one signal between two Sat receivers?
Or are you swapping boxes on the one feed, perhaps. I'm all agog, please tell us more...
