new to DM

Hi guys ive ordered a DM500s what id like to know do i need a card to use it or do i just upload one of those images?

Someone was saying that these boxes will go off at the end of feb is that true?

Im ordering it from aliexpress i have a choice dm500s silver, black box 500s or dm500s black which one should i ask for?

which one would you recommend the silver dm500s or black or the black box? or doesn't it matter?
